Where we ship

We currently ship only to addresses within the continental United States (the 48 contiguous states). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.

Order processing time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery time

After processing, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or weather conditions.

Shipping cost

We offer free shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase required.

Carrier

We work with multiple reliable carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL) and assign the most suitable carrier for your location automatically. The carrier name will appear in your shipping confirmation.

Order tracking

A tracking number will be provided via email as soon as your order ships.

Incorrect address

Please double‑check your shipping address before placing an order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
