30‑day return window
You may return most new, unused items within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a return:
Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Original packaging must be intact.
Products with manufacturing defects or quality issues are also accepted (you do not need to keep them unused for quality claims; simply contact us).
Free returns
We offer free returns for all eligible items. No restocking fee will be deducted.
How to return
Contact our customer service at info@aldoshoessale.vip to request a return authorization.
You will receive a prepaid return shipping label.
Pack the item securely (including original packaging) and attach the label.
Drop off the package at any carrier drop‑off point indicated on the label.

Refund process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 1–2 business days.
The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Non‑returnable items
Gift cards, final sale items (if explicitly stated), and items damaged due to customer misuse are not eligible for return.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
